Maritime Safety Legislation

Maritime Safety Legislation Section's overall goal is to ensure that legislation is in place to develop, promote and implement accepted international and domestic safety standards; to update the secondary legislation in order to implement domestic, EU and International Convention safety requirements in order to enhance the safety of merchant ships, passenger vessels and fishing vessels.
