Employee Assistance Service

The role of the Employee Assistance Service (EAS) is to provide a confidential support and referral service to staff and management on a wide variety of problems and difficulties arising both inside and outside the workplace. This includes assisting staff in evaluating and assessing personal difficulties and problems, supporting them in the planning and structuring of ways to resolve such difficulties and following up with contact and support. In addition the service provides practical advice and information to staff and management on a wide range of issues relating to health and welfare.
